FSOP Walking Tours 2008
Continuing a tradition that
started with the Centennial Anniversary of John Charles
Olmsted’s visit to Seattle in 1903, board members of the Friends
of Seattle’s Olmsted Parks (FSOP) will lead their popular
walking tours of Seattle’s Olmsted parks and boulevards this
summer. The walks are free and reservations are not required.

July 12: Leschi, Frink & Madronna – Meet at the Leschi
parking lot, 201 Lakeside Ave. So.
Aug. 9: Schmitz and Alki – Meet at the Alki Community
Center, 5817 SW Stevens St.
Sept. 13: Cowen and Ravenna parks – Meet at the Community
Center, 5849 15th Avenue NE
Oct. 11: Cal Anderson Park – Meet at Shelter, 1635 11th
