SCJ Studio Landscape Architecture

Job Description

SCJ Studio is looking for a talented landscape architect or designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. Our studio is in Ballard, sharing a building with an architecture firm and an interiors firm, making for great cross office collaborations and fun happy hours. SCJ Studio is also a part of SCJ Alliance, winner of Zwieg’s ‘Best Places to Work’ 3 times. With 6 offices across Washington, our studio has the opportunity to collaborate on many different types of projects at vastly different scales. From detail driven, client-focused residential design to regional transportation projects, you will be collaborating on projects that not only bring families together, but entire communities. You will also get to hone your skills on community visioning projects with our planners, and multi-family, assisted living, recreation and retail projects through all project phases from schematic to construction. We’re a small studio, so don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty on all aspects of a project, including some production, business development and direct client management. SCJ collaborates with architects, engineers, interior designers, artists and our clients to envision and create the best outcome for each project. We play music in the office and get to enjoy Ballard’s many restaurants and microbreweries.
