Job Description

In the role of Landscape Architectural Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Work under the direction of registered Landscape Architects to assist in development of linear transportation and site design projects, from concept design to construction documentation. Serve as the primary AutoCAD production lead during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases of multiple types of projects Understand assignments, objectives and require investigation of many design variables, including corridor and site analysis, and the interaction of site grading and storm drainage Conduct site visits and analyses, and assist project Landscape Architects with project illustrations of design graphics Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or technical degree in Design Technology (CAD) A minimum of one year production support in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering office Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience Requires ability to prepare plans and understand the principles of grading, drainage and planting layout Strong oral communication skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Additional qualifications: Working knowledge using AutoCAD Civil3D, Microstation, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, although not required. Irrigation design fundamentals are beneficial although not required.
